Nuçi's Space - Resource Center and Climate Controlled Practice Spaces for Musicians

The search for an ideal practice space can be one of the more challenging aspects of starting a new band. Bands are often forced to practice in cramped, uncomfortable, and even unsafe environments. Nuçi's Space rises to this challenge by providing four state-of-the-art practice rooms.

Affordable
Each of our sound-treated, climate controlled rooms can be rented hourly at the following rates:

$6 - $8/hour between 12:00p - 5:00p Monday through Friday
$8 - $10/hour between 5:00p - 2:00a Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Flexible
Reservations can be made up to one month in advance.

2 speaker cabinets
3 microphones
5 piece drum set
3 cymbal and 1 hi-hat stand(s) (cymbals not included but available for rental)

Book Your Space
Call 227-1515 now to book your practice space today. Please have a day and time confirmed with your band before calling. You are responsible for the amount of time reserved. Cancellations without penalty are only accepted with 24 hour notice. Cancellations without 24 hour notice must pay 1/2 of their reserved time. "No shows" will be charged for their full reserved time. If you are a "no show" or cancel without 24 hour notice three times, you will be required to pay for all future rehearsals at the time of reservation.
